A Way to Edit One Uniform Picture on All Pages at Once?

I use Dreamweaver 8, and I have a writing website with a slew of pages which all have a brief graphic and info bit about my latest writing samples on the right side. If I update those samples, I'll have to change every page to reflect the new samples, so I was wondering if there is any way to change/update all of this content at once for every page?

If you're using just the one image for each page then simply change/overwrite the source file.

When saving your updated image from your image software browse to the images directory that you use in your website files... And simply click on the image you want to replace.

Are you talking desktop or server?

If you're wanting to change them on your server, create a file for each image .. then use a SSI for each file/image. Then just change the image in the file that the SSI calls.
