Is there a way to change the background or the template on blogger and make it look like a site? one of my friends was able to do it and he said he changed the html around but im still unsure how to do it. do i have to use dreamweaver? thanks
Doesn't matter you use dreamweaver or any text based editor, important is to know what you are doing. Atleast you'll need to have knowledge of HTML, CSS to perform this. Knowledge of the framework of your blogging system will be an added advantage.
