A way to add funds on your paypal? Donating with your card?

    Hi, I was wondering if it is okay/legal to Donate on on your own Paypal account with your card? :p since i dont live in the US and they dont allow to add funds., i need cash to pay 4-5$ transactions and well if you use a card evrytime to pay that kind of transaction in your card lol that's plain waste of %interest of your card

    I dont think so..also,to access funds you receive, you need a Premier or Business account

    u can add some larger amount of money in balancce from ur bank if u have usa paypal
