Hey guys Iam a new in here,ive gone through almost each and every thread posted in here but nothing relates to my question ive seen most of you leave your website in your post signatures whereby there is a term by google mentioning unwanted advertisements on third-party websites is not allowed,but what do they mean by this,every signature left on every forum signature is an unwanted advertisement.So does this violate the tos or do thet just want you to wait till your site gets on top of the search rankings and not do any other sort of free advertising?Any comments on this?
Hi, if this would be prohibited then what's about free link directories? I don't think that Google prohibits this, it would be insane..
By "unwanted advertisements" they really mean "spamming". If forums allow link signatures, then it's not spamming, because it is approved.
