Yesterday me and my girlfriend are having our class at the computer laboratory of our university.. It is almost time and our classmates already left the room.. There are only 4 of us left inside the room because we decided to stay to browse the net.. We were busy until the vacant PC on the corner (that is logged off) suddenly log in and you can see the mouse pointer moving around the desktop. Then it clicked the start button -> log off then it click yes on the confirmation window. I was very scared until I realized the thing about remote desktop software.. I immediately asked the IT office if they have controls like that but instead they also manifest that they also experienced the same thing and doesn't have any special software on the server to do that. I surf the net and searched for any virus or malware and found nothing relevant.

Does anyone knows any application or virus that do the same as I described?

I am very confused and doesn’t know if I will believe that it is a ghost or something.

    Please help... Thanks!

There must be a script installed in this PC, which after certain defined hours of inactivity got activated to shut down the PC.

But is it also possible to code the mouse movements? It behaves like someone was using it..

My Dell looked like that when they fixed my laptop by taking over the mouse remotely, so this is a possibility.
