    Use Yahoo Site Explorer - this is one of the most comprehensive tools available..AFter that it is a laborious process to check each link but if you are a good coder there are ways for you to automate this also..

    I also use Yahoo Site Explorer. It was so simple and I'm more satisfied with the result of it.

    its really great tool. i use Yahoo site explorer and backlinkwatch.com, opensiteexplorer tools to check back links.
