    We don't expect everyone to understand this, please help if you are able.

    This is "A Very Honest Multi-Million Dollar Question."

    It will sometimes seem like a contest, but it is offered in the form of a 'normal thread', because I need to reach the people who 'hang out' in this legal sub-forum, and not the 'contest' section.
    ~~~~~~~~~~
    I have many original ideas and need to be sure certain important ones are fully and honestly legal (with no bad intentions).
    There are just so many laws and regulations everywhere.
    Despite some 'set-backs and embarressments' online (based on being a 'free spirit-type' person who has trouble relating to people) I'm in a series of meetings with very wealthy people in my upscale town.
    As I prepare to meet the mega-wealthy, compent people with real-world experience, I need to be well prepared.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I have a plan to get the good advice I need from a DP member:

    (This is not my only major idea)

    -If you have real world experience with legal issues, including selling 100% legitimate advertising which borders on a brilliant "money game, or Ponzi scheme", but wait....

    ... it's not a pryamid, just a single line, and at the end, the top 'ad package buyer' is purchasing a dynamic goldmine (and a portion of the company) actually worth very very big money...

    If you have:
    1) Real-world legal knowledge of relevant issus
    2) Enough imagination and creativity to have any clue what I'm talking about
    3) An interest in an exciting adventure

    Then here is how you win $1 Million dollars (based on your good advice and our future success)

    To eventually win this prize, please, give the best, most competent, real-world answer:

    Question: In a huge, new, network of networks, can we sell (legit) ads in progressively larger amounts to buyers who get their money back (and more) when someone buys a bigger ad package?

    Pozni? Well no, they are buying ads. Please, simply answer this question more clearly, and effectively, than anyone else.
    I have a very good memory, if your 'winning response' helps my efforts you will eventually win the prize money. :)

    If I understand you correctly, you want someone to buy ads to advertise products and/or services. Then when the next person buys an ad package larger than the one the first person bought, the first person gets their investment back and the benefit of the advertising.

    I don't see how this is not a pyramyd, since people are depending on the influx of new advertisers to pay back the original ones. The fact that the ads move some product here or there seems to be a side issue that was not even worth a mention in your description.

    Am I missing sometyhing?

    The legit product is ads, and the money back is a plus if and when it happens.
    The product is text and PPA ads, and every buyer knows this in advance.

    Isn't that legal? Thanks.

    Edit: No pyramid, one straight line of increasing value, and the happy person (a buyer) at the end owns not just ads but a massive Cyberspace network.
    Convince me this might possibly be honest and legal, and I will eventually pay you $1 Million or more (but your advice needs to be 'sane, sober, and sound').

    It's still a ponzi scheme. You are relying on new money to off the current members. There are also tons of autosurfs and HYIPs that operate under this setup. Ponzi's aren't universally illegal though. I also believe that if you register it as an investment opportunity in the United States (actually register) it would be considered legal. The main legal issues come from unregistered programs.

    Can we assume, for just a moment, the ads have real value for the buyer?

    In the end a big player purchases the massive network of networks for $_____
    because they see enough actual value.
    Is there a 'real-world' way to make this honest concept legal?

    I'm able to provide more information, which helps show the type of advice we need
    ~~~~~~~~~
    Building a bridge between fantasy and reality
    We have made preliminary talks with over 50 wealthy, successful people in our upscale community.
    At this stage no binding commitments have been made with any of them, and none of them have seen this bold plan called "...edit...edit...... Ad Packages: For A Good Cause.
    1) The very valid powerful product being sold is advertising.
    Our link buyers, and sponsors who see value in the ads, have a good chance (and no guarentee) of making extra money and keeping the free ads for ~105 years.
    2) During the early stages, small profits are used to fund very fun contests.
    Here is how the peices all fit together, as we build a solid foundation for the future (link not set).
    You only need to understand something very useful, mysterious and unique, is providing you a framework for achieving anything you desire in life (link not set).
    3) As we grow the escrow details will be updated for the convenience and safety of our major sponsors (link not set).
    4) Please, have fun, and help share our futuristic abundance with your friends.
    ~~~~~~~~
    I'll check up on the good advice about registering.
    Based on the 'volume' of information given, does anyone have additional relevant legal advice?

    Thank you very much.
