Hi, I am after keywords which relate to web design, web development and online marketing/seo/sem. The best i could find so far was: search engine submission - Overture=18823 - UK Google Results= 5,120,000 Not the best but i cannot find anything better as this is not the best area to focus on. I want to run Adword campaigns on these keywords as well so any help would be welcome. Cheers, Adam
it will be batter if u use this keyword web design & Development this will cover both the keywords. abt search engine submission i think u can go for it.
Good keyword research would help you with this. From any of the tools, type in "Search Engine" and you will get back: search engine marketing search engine search engine optimization google search engine internet search engine ask jeeves search engine lyric search engine job search engine search engine submission ask engine jeeves just search search engine ranking google search engine home page search engine optimization service ppc search engine web search engine dog pile search engine search engine placement search engine listing video search engine search engine optimization company Apply it to your page's header: <title>Search Engine Optimization Dallas Texas ( TX )</title> <meta name="description" content="Catanich Internet Marketing is a search engine optimization company located in Dallas Texas ( TX )." /> <meta name="keywords" CONTENT=" Search Engine Optimization Dallas"> And then to your inbound links: <A class="menu" HREF="http://www.catanich.com/search-engine-optimization.asp">search engine optimization</A> (<acronym title="search engine optimization">SEO</acronym>) and <A class="menu" HREF="http://www.catanich.com/research-and-strategy.asp">search engine marketing</A> (<acronym title="search engine marketing">SEM</acronym>) As you can see, one keyword string can be applied to your page that will focuses on it only. If you use to many keywords, then you will dilute the impact of your efforts. Focus one keyword on one page for best results. 100 keywords needs 100 SEO tuned web pages. A great starting point is Overture's Keyword Selector Tool: http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ Hope this helps Jim http://www.catanich.com/
Use Google AdWords suggestions, and type web design, web development, website development, webdesign .. and you will see tons of keywords popping up..!
I know that is the way to do it but i want to find a keyword which has great overture results with low search results like this but better: search engine submission - Overture=18823 - UK Google Results= 5,120,000
Adam We use Overture as one of a set of tools to create a list of keywords. From this list, we enter them into AdWords and Overture to compare CTR and get a good idea on avgCPCs. But if you are only looking for CTRs, you will not get accurate numbers. The numbers are only good for order of importance. To get our clients a good idea of what it will cost, we run a 6 week campaign to obtain the real avgCPC, avgPosition, impressions and CTR. Only with real numbers from real campaigns will you get numbers that are accurate. First of all you need to realize BIG keywords are pretty much taken already. First come, first served. Too bad. You should focus on untargeted ones. It's almost silly to pick a too general keyword. Also, if you compete with other SEO sites, you should realize they do SEO too. 1. they started way before you with those keywords 2. they are still running as you are trying to decide which keywords to pick I don't see any chance? Unless you invest a lot of money...
