    Here is a free (and SUPER) easy tool to put a survey on your website. No kidding, this takes less than a minute. A cool thing about it is that you are free to reformat the HTML however you want to match your site design.

    Interesting, but nothing I would ever use. I would rather code my own than use a third party app like that.

    You got on error my site (sfp.cc) or theirs? Don't use their demo, they forgot to permission the files correctly. The setup is easy enough though (<15 minutes)
