    I want to sell an arabian content site, very Popular, and all arabs know it. it is a programming and security related content.

    Page Views Per day: 17000-20000 Views
    Page Views per month: 510000-600000 views
    Daily Unique Visitors: 3000-4000
    Monthly Unique Visitors: 90000-120000
    Bounce Rate: 54%
    New Vistors: 67%
    Alexa RANk (now): 68,000

    Content:
    mainly the site is a vBulletin Forum with a special design. vBulletin 4. and some Plugins coded by ME :) and also the site has a blog, but it still new.

    you can add new services to the site in your own language and vistors will accept the new changes rapidly, because there is no competition.
