I know that some people pay for tools that do similar things, but I thought that I'd mention a very useful tool that you might want to try out (it's 100% free). http://seopen.com/seopen-tools/link-development-tool.php has a very cool tool where you can search for sites that want to either exchange links or even give out one-way links to sites that are also looking for similar keywords. For instance, if you want a keyword of "dog training," you'll see every site that is willing to exchange links with sites for those keywords. It claims that they are mostly link exchanges (it usually takes you straight to a page where you fill in your info to get the link), but there are plenty that don't request a link in return. They are all meant to be free, BUT I have seen one or two (out of a dozen or so in one of my searches) that try charging, so just ignore those. BUT here's another useful way of using it that gets out of the normal SEO (which is why I posted it here instead) -- you can use it to find possible partners and sites that you can work with. Although a quick Google search can find you sites that you can try to partner with, I've found that you can see some interesting results of sites that want link exchanges for certain keywords even if they are directly related (but still related). This means that they might be more willing to partner up with a site that isn't in direct competition with. It might vary from niche to niche and keyword to keyword, but I at least found it useful. And it's free! Enjoy! Brian
What would be cool would be a tool which would show the PR of those sites it returns in the list. isildur
pretty good as a free tool, but unfortunately can't be even compared to non-free link development tools, and can't be used by anyone who is serious about link building (and link exchange in particular) anyway, thanks for sharing
very cool there is also a script people used to host and it had a default url like #addlink.html you could google this and get about 100 links every hour
