    hey my dear friends.

    i'm ugur from turkey. i'm a university student and i want to make a site for my school.

    there must be forums, dating system, private mesagging and personal blog features on it. like php fox script. but its so expensive.

    any advices from u?
    can i use any good looking scripts free,
    or do u have scripts coded by u for sale.

    Have you tried Moodle? It is suppose to be geared towards education institutions and schools.

    Try Joomla. Almost everything you want, with a few mods.

    How about Elgg (http://elgg.org/)? I think it's geared towards that sort of thing.

    Joomla is probably your best bet, with lots of skins and mods you cant go wrong :D
