    It will go by way of Auction and will sell to the Highest bidder
    Mode of payment: PayPal only
    Please NO time wasters !
    This site uses an extensively modded script for advanced seo's
    I have found myself unable to keep up the time required for my sites and selling them off
    This is a strong PR3 site and well established
    I do have adsense on the site and return is minimal
    any questions please ask
    Screen shots and stats will be posted on request
    Buyer will gain Cpanel access to back up the site and move it to a new server
    I am also offering no support at all and none is implied, sorry ! just too busy

    It is after all said and done an auction, so get the bids happening..

    I will not be giving the site away, but on ther side of the fence it will be cheap when ya consider the seo mods done to the script.

    yes, but that's to high for my budget. I was looking for a site like yours for less than $100, but didn't considered the PR like yours.
