    we all know about warez ... both hosting and forums

    US , UK and Europe servers dont allow warez as for the legal issue problem

    But there are certain countries ... that actually allow have no legal issues or problems like hong Kong , Malaysia . Panama etc

    Is this 100% true and which other country have no legal issues ... can u name some

    So kindly answer to this seriously and not casually
