    I think you're most likely asking for trouble if you attempt this, because if your acct is limited then it's already under suspicion for some reason, sending amounts back and forth for the same amount, plus a refund, and the money going out of the acct is going to the same person. To me that scenario just has 'red flag' written all over it.

    they limited my account too.Got over $2000 in the account.Now have to wait 6months.Am sure the interest they are getting is quite high.Best idea is to ask whoever sent u the cash to do a back charge or raise a dispute.Then don't respond to the dispute so paypal will decide in favor of the money sender and do a refund for your payments.you can then ask the person to send the cash or payment to you via a different processor
