you did not understand his point. his point was to do "fake" transactions with your friends, so that in case of account limited, you get the money unblocked.

    a) A friend pays you $500 for an imaginary deal (purchase A)
    b) You pay him $500 back (purchase B)
    .....................................
    after some time
    .....................................
    c) Paypal limits your account, which has, let's say, $600 in it
    d) the friend initiates a refund for purchase A, so $500 of your $600 go to him
    e) the friend gives you the $500 directly to you (in cash for ex)

After all this, your limited account does not have $600 in it, but $100

Anyway, this is a theoretical thing... I don't know if somebody did or will be able to do this :)

It appears that his plan is the assumption that he did not have his account limited at the point of the fake transactions.

Once your account is limited, you cannot send money to anyone so the first send is not possible to execute.

I think he probably got mixed up with the limited status and a personal account status. The plan just does not work.

Apart of risky, once again the question arises, how do you send $500 back for purchase B?

Limited accounts can't send money for any concept, they are oney-way accounts.

That was my main question so practically this method cannot be implemented. So no purpose of this thread I guess :)

Yeah but with what you said, it appears that the OP has the intention in the very beginning to create false activites in order to get limited and tries to sneak out of it.

I assume he may be trying to get more people's accounts limited as his has been limited and now he cannot withdraw his $1700. Kindda like trying to get more people drown in a sinking ship. And he seems pretty proud about it anyways.

Well said Eddy. I don't think anyone (Who has a little bit knowledge of PayPal) will fell for this.

MY Suggestion: Don't try this with your PayPal Account (Just like WWE, Don't try this at home :p )

How do you refund $500 twice?

And what do you mean "send" him $500? Limited accounts can't send money.

If you have a limited account you can't recieve or send any money!I have a limited account and I tried that but there is nothing I can do!The only thing you can do is to wait 180 days. Then Paypal will send you an email saying that now you can withdraw your money.
But remember your account will be blocked forever!
    And you can't close it!
I am trying for 3 months to resolve my problem and I was begging them to activate my account again. The answer was You Are Banned For Ever!
I tried to explain that I need it so much because I don't have another job so my only money come from the Internet but it was like talking to a cold robot!
So,my advice is be careful and don't play tricks with them. The only sure thing is that you are NOT going to loose your money!

As most of the people advised here and also at my 1st post, Its a big RISK :)
So just do it if you want to get out of online business and just want your money from your paypal account, or if you want to shift to something other than paypal :D

    Regards,
    Kulwinder.
