Which one is best link building Web 2.0 or Knowem profile? How much effective for a keyword & How do

    Hello Seo Expert,
    I have a health (joint pain) related site. I promote this site since one month. I have two keyword Flex Protex and Flex Protex D. I have build a SEO strategy for this project.
    1- Directory Submission
    2- Bookmarking Submission
    3- Guest Blogging (4 in a month)
    4- Article submission ( 2 article per month)
    The keyword ranking of this keyword in Yahoo & Bing in top, but in Google its 2nd page. I need to improve this keyword in top 5 positions. I need your help, apart from these Web 2.0 and Knowem profile; whatever you think which one is best for this keyword, please shearing your thought.
