    Hi Gang,

As I stated over in the "intro's" section of this site, I am a political blogger. I run a Blog called "Political Byline" (You'll have to google it, I don't have enough access to post links...yet!)

Anyhow, as we all know the economic recession is hitting everyone hard; I hate to be the one to say it, but it is affecting Blog revenues too. A Blog Ad Network that was for Conservatives exclusively folded. It was called Pajamas Network. They're still around, they just folded the Blogger Ad network. I've heard rumors that BlogAds could go too, but I don't know how much truth there is to this.

I do not know if it is just related to the Political Blog world or if it is all over the Blogging/web world. But it does seem like there is a bit of a downturn.

Some things that I have noticed and experienced.

This is what I went through. I tried all the Affiliate stuff AKA Pay Per Action stuff. I never made a dime. Now Adsense, I have made some coin on, but I am not getting rich, I will admit that. So far, I am using AdSense, Adtoll, and Adbrite. So far, I've gotten an $100 in my account. I'm building revenue now, but it's not like I'm generated like $1000 bucks a day. I'd love that. But I dunno if it's possible.

Just a observation from an opinionated old goat. :D:p

AdSense and AdBrite are your best choices to make money from your site via ppc, also if you have a high traffic site you can increase your earnings by using some cpm ad networks.
