You should send Yahoo an email and ask their procedures for a DMCA notice. Yahoo! will have to comply or you can take legal action against them. Other than getting a lawyer to deal with the entire issue and spend money and resources you can't do too much.

Sending DMCA notices to Google may also help get them banned in the SE. Effectively making them earn nothing for their efforts and making the domain worthless.

If you find out the owner of the site is somewhere with good copyright laws you can sue but most of these sites are owned by people that live in lawless countries like Pakistan or Taiwan.

    EDIT: Good news....

I suggest you get a lawyer and pursue legal action immediately. With a NY address...you can certainly go after any assets this idiot holds.

Just ask their web hosting and ISP to shut them off. No point wasting money on a lawyer, normally those who can only copy, does not have the means to pay you even if you win the case.

Go to whois.sc, contact their nameserver, and shut them down.

Yes, contact the host and if they are in fact copying your site the host will have to suspend their account.

First of all! Is the pictures taken by you or your company? Exclusive for you? That's the first thing you can close them down on....

If it's not I don't see the problem in it's similar look! There will always be someone competing and you just have to do it better.....
If someone steals your content, images and layout that's not a problem. Because they can't steal your ideas and plans.... They will always be two steps behind.

    I don't see a problem here.
I don't think you will be successful unless you satisfy the previous post.
