Selling A torrent and image hosting website.

I am selling two of my projects. One is Http://BindassDesi.Com & the other is Htpp://BindassDesi.info.

Http://BindassDesi.Com is a torrent community which runs on public trackers and hence does not need a dedicated server. It can be easily run on a shared hosting account.

Http://BindassDesi.info is a free image hosting and nothing so special about it.

Why i am selling them? Cause i have got a new project to start with and i do not want to invest an hour or two weekly on these two websites.

Well, i have not faced any problem so far as i do not run any public or private torrent tracker. Hence not providing any medium to share the data online. We are just storing infohash files. Though i know some of you would say that too is illegal hence i would say host it on any swedish or germany host. As it can run on a shared hosting account and does not need any shell access for setup or anything hence the running of the site is not costly at all.

 

I would say that's better to host it in Netherland.

 

.com domains of Torrent sites will be taken down by the US government very soon. He probably knows this already that's why he wants to sell it asap.

 

wht has .com got to do with selling and US government taking it down??? Do you have any proofs on what you are saying??? Also the site can easily be hosted with any other domain name and domain forwarding. better say something when u have some grounds for it.

I would be interested. But i need to know more about how it is keeping a track of "leechers and seeders". Is it some MOD that has been installed?

I'm planning to build image hosting site too but i want to start from the scratch. I'm not capable yet of buying an existing websites. If you don't mind can you please post the name of that open source script. I'd tried googling it but I can't find a better one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
