My first online info-product is "How to Build Your Custom Dream Home for Less!" and I am putting the finishing touches on the manuscript and about to begin recording the audios. I need a good designer who will create a mini site that includes an e-book cover, matching header, footer, background, cd-cover, hard book cover, product box and buy it now/order now button. I am very clear on what I want for the design and I don't think it is a difficult job for someone who does web graphics I have seen sites online that offer this as a package for anywhere from $50-$99 bucks however I am a little uncomfortable paying first and then hoping these people produce as well as I would feel much better making a direct contact with the person as I hope I am able to do via this forum. It would also be beneficial if this person can assist with uploading the graphics they create into my hosting acct. as well as over time perform other design related task. In essence I am looking for someone who I can use on an on-going basis for several web projects i have for my various real estate related products.
