A survey for a new project..

    Hello,

I am taking a small survey for a project I am about to undergo. I have a few questions.

    1) Would you be interested in registering for a site & joining a competition that bases your creativity against others for a chance to win $1,000?

    2) If needed to help your chances of winning $1,000 would you advertise the site on other sites in an attempt to draw attention to your entry?

    Thank you.

I guess I'm with the other 25 people that clicked on here but weren't interested. It might help if you put more information in the post.

I like contests based on creative thinking, I think you could lower prize a-bit and still get a lot of interest. If you are starting a contest based on creative ideas you shouldn't give bonuses based on marketing. thats just my two cents.

Thanks for the input guys. This also has to do with marketing though, and I may release more information later. Still seeking people to answer the survey, thanks!

    1. No - the prize would have to be much more than $1,000 before I'd consider joining.

    2. No.

I guess if the creative thought has to due with marketing then it fits. I would recommend that you start small and just give out free stuff that your users want.

Perhaps how well the competition was designed, but honestly probably not. Try to find a way to give some kind of recognition to several of the top positions and I might be keener.

Yeah, I think I'm with the group that wants more information. I mean, being creative in what? Building racing lawnmowers? You haven't been very specific.

That aside, I think I would, heck I'd do it for 500, but the grand makes it attractive.

I can't release too many more details, but I will try to show you what I am talking about with creativity.

It would take no more then 2 minutes of your time, and your entry would be based against others for a fight to the finish.

    =]

The site would be entirely based around this contest though. =]
