A Suggestion to Reduce PM Spam

I'm sick of getting these messages... so here's what I suggest:

1.) A required # of posts before PMs can be sent. It'll slow some down at least. Maybe like 15. Turning off posts counting in the more socialable forums(like Off Topic ones) will give this an even bigger effect.

2.) Use your Word Censor and change topaffi.com to something like crapmonthly.com

All the PM Spam I get points to that worthless URL, so I'd make it even more worthless.
