a specific question about pr update.

i found after 4.2, all page have no pr. 4.28 pr updated.(show). key question: google count pr for the new page that is indexed after 4.2 date or is created (updated) after 4.2 .(google often access page but not often index ).

 

I am sorry, but what are you referring to when you mention 4.2, 4.28?

He seems to be indicating that PR was applied to all pages as of April 2, 2007 and earlier in the update released on April 28, 2007. However, I have found PR on pages as late as April 17th. So, the Google update and the released figures appear to be a lot closer than what many people think.

I have the same experience, even on closer dates then you mention.

 

Correction: I checked and found PR assigned to a page on April 19th.

 

When I check out the Matt Cutts' blog, I also see that PR snapshot date was 2nd of April.

I believe he got the stats from a PR update checker. You can usually see those stats by using the IA or another tool. You could also look into getting a PR history tool.

does the page is created on April 19? or indexed April 19?

 

I won't give you proof. That information I have for myself and will continue to compare and contrast with subsequent updates.
