A solution for smart pricing

I wrote this long time ago don't have time to past it, it's 2:59 am over here, so read on :
Well, 1 Month ago I got smart priced by Google AdSense, that means I get the minimum bid per click, I started to earn 0.01$ per click, because of the search engine dancing and low Internet usage for this month my traffic went from 22000 visitors per week into 9000 visitor per week, from 100-200 click average par day into 10-20 clicks per day ... but guess what, I make 2$ from 30 clicks and that means 0.10$ per click which is not very low, it;s the same I was making with 200 click ... and that have a one strong meaning ... I am not smart priced anymore because of the low clicks and impressions, and when my traffic increase like before I will keep that average and that means 20$ from 200 clicks per day ...
so I think the solution for removing smart pricing :
Take down ads on pages with high CTR for a week or more, relax and watch the cost per click ...
I mean if you are smart priced anyway and making no money why you want to keep them up anyway, and later when clicks goes up from 1 cent in to 8 or more per click you can put them back and start earning like before when you wasn't smart priced ...

    Good Luck and goodnight ...

if you were smartpriced in the first place you'll be smartpriced again, it's just a matter of time. they smartprice sites for a reason-- because the traffic isn't converting which means it isn't worth much.

Does smartpricing work for every site you have ads on? I mean, if I have 300 sites with ads on and each site has a different theme, do GA actually control smartpicing on each individual site? This would take an enormous amount of resources for them to control?

compared to the resources it takes to crawl hundreds of millions of pages and determine what ads to serve, that takes almost no resources at all.

the bottom line is no one knows for sure. honestly, to me, it looks like smartpricing is based on individual pages in some cases

Well dont want to be rude here but I would check your blog for TOS violations first instead of worrying about smarpricing.

First you are labeling your ads check where it says RELATED LINKS, second you are bringing too much attention to your ads by placing a green cloud type background they basically say CLICK ME!!

It would be sad if you would lose your account, your blog looks great!

yeah. I found another thing that I Think works. I don't think it's smartpricing at all

    NOT AT ALL!

google has some low paying bidders that get in every day. and they have to dish those low paying ads out somewhere. I think googs will dish you garbage ads for a day or two. I also think they move the garbage ads around to different sites. So everybody gets their turn of garbage paying clicks.

when your clicks start paying that low. ad filter every ad that is on your site :)

then take them off in a day or two

How long can you expect time to pass before you get smartpriced with adsnese, or isn't there a timeframe?

it's based on impressions, not time. once you hit a threshold of impressions, if you don't meet their standards, you get smartpriced.

they also reevaluate whether or not you should be smartpriced every so often automatically... if you make changes that make your visitors more valuable, you may not be smartpriced the next time around.

Better make sure you don't have any cpm advertising you don't know about, before taking down the ads.

I was somewhat shocked to see I had sitewide advertisers I never knew about on a few domains.

About the green cloud that says "Click me".

I suggest you remove it before it says "Bye, bye".
