Selling A social networking site for teens

This is a social networking site made on socialengine.net (licenced script). It has around 4100 registered users with more than 500 photo albums , majority of them are from united states. I have invested a lot of money and hardwork in this site . But it didn't go well because i was new to this niche and didn't have time. These days i am really busy and have no time for the site . Thats why i am selling it.

The site is hosted with hostgator and the hosting has been paid till July 2010 , i will give you the login details for the hosting account . So there will be no need for moving the site to a new server.

There is a very good admin panel in the site . You can also send mails to all the users with a single click from the admin panel . ( very effective way to advertise )

Regarding revenue , i tried google adsense . the earnings were good when the site has a good traffic but now its not much.
