Well, I won't comment on the managed server because I haven't used them. I'm hosted on the Jack shared server. It's up most of the time, and the server is pretty fast. I've never had any problems with them, and their pricing is good. There were times when the shared server was down (hey it's a shared server), but these were very rare.
