    After waiting for 20 more minutes i had to say good bye before I felt asleep a slow customer care over all this is ix hosting, at first it was someone named alice who didnt respond for first 15 minutes.

    I would suggest finding a new host. One who responds faster. Test out their support system before you buy. Test out their support and see if you are happy.

    Yeah for sure, the point of live support or "instant support" is just that, supposed to be fast.

    Good example of bad customer service!
