The key words are property south beach on google also it comes out for properties south beach real estate south beach mind you this site has nothing to do with real estate or properties they used to sell shirt and there site is suspended the site is gatorfeveronline.info . My site is www.propertysouthbeach.com what is this site doing that I am not i been putting anchor text every where .gov .edu site pr10 n pr9 sites . ??
It looks like a spam site to me that is probably there due to some black hat techniques, and my guess would be that Google will get it taken off of search results eventually. Sometimes, they can be slow... Also, this site does not satisfy the searcher's needs on any level and so they will continue to check out sites on the the first page of that term any way. So, I would be surprised if its higher placement than your site is negatively affecting the amount of traffic you would have received being one spot higher in the rankings. I would just sit tight and this site will be removed eventually.
