Hey Guys I came over a site that i guess is being circulated on some Facebook pages that allows users where youtube is blocked to play Youtube videos at good speeds, ie i also tried with a crappy connection but no idea why speed was good. The site looks new and it isnt designed that well but still as long as it works who cares The url is Stream Hour
