Im about to launch a site dedicated to a large known compnay.

Its all kushti legal wish, i just need help thinkning about SEO

For example, if it was ebay i would be marketing my tools in the same way as ThinkBling has done with his ebay tools.

Whats the best way to market this SEO wise?
Ive taken a look at the KW suggestion tool but nothing springs out.

Avoid the company name unless it's a brand. They're bound to beat you on all accounts because of anchor text advantage.

Just target the products it sells. Or are you prmoting self made tools?
