A site like this?? How much??

Hello,

I was wondering how much I would be looking at spending to get a site like this made up:

How much do you think a site like this would set me back it would have to include a backend for adding, editing and removing content.

Also I would be looking for some very good SEO being done on it along with affiliate advertising.

The content is not of a concern.

Any ideas?

I will get all content and will need full control of updating it and adding to it.
