    I don't think the domain relates to a the niche at all.

    Also can you post the link of the script as I doubt it's $85 for such a simple script, when there's better scripts out there with nice designs for $15..

    And now you need to do the appraisal for the customer with some software I provide you with.

    I honestly don't understand what you mean by:
    Why do I want to do an appraisal for a customer?
    Why do I want to use some software for this?
    Why do I bid 1 USD and now there is some reserve price that is higher than what I wanted to give for the site anyways?
