Buying A Site Earning More then $1000/month..

I am looking to purchase a site earning more then $1000/month MUST BE A .COM as .info is a terrible prefix.

Site must not be:
- illegal
- Adsense banned
- high maintenance
- blackhat

Requirements:
- older then 4 months and have fairly consistent revenue.
- white hat
- .com / .net
- organic traffic

I am not a new DP member here. Do not PM me with TV show sites, I have payment in hand just need a site I can care for.

i wonder how the site owner wish to sell it if they could earn $1k per month? for me, i wont sell it at all
