A site contains contentlinks can still apply for google ads?

    Google don't agree to display other contextual ads, so the only safe units are graphic banners.

    You can use other ads with adsense, as long as the other ads don't look similar to adsense ads.

    So I guess, you can apply for adsense. Not sure.
