A sincere hello from Singapore

    Dear all ,

    Hello ! I am glad to be in this forum to share and interact with everyone. I am from Singapore and have been a personal trainer there for about 10 years . I am fluent with Chinese and English and have particular interests (and i hope talent) in writing about topics of interest which include martial arts (Muay Thai, Muay Boran, Chinese Boxing- Sanda) , fitness , food and finance . Nice to make your accquaintances.
