Selling A Simple Website Making $1000+ Profits per Month

I'm selling http://UnlockUriPhone4S.com for $3500 to the first buyer. The site has made $1000 profits in it's first month almost automatically and it can be scaled up big. You can check from any domain Whois lookup that the registration date is 7th Dec 2011.

The reason I'm selling is that I don't have time and focus to work with this site because I have projects that are of much higher priority to me. Also, I bought this site about a week ago because it is a very good project and by acting quick I got it for a good price so by selling now I can take a cut. My Google Analytics assigned to this thread only shows last few days. You can check stats from the previous owner from the screenshots at the bottom.

As the payment method I can accept Escrow or credit card payments through Payoneer. With Escrow the transaction fees ($100-$300) must be paid by the buyer. If you're paying through Payoneer with a credit card then transaction costs will be split (ca $65 both) and you can make the payment in several parts and after each payment you get a part of the site.

As you can see from my user stats I'm not a very frequent visitor at digitalpoint forums but I've joined Jan 26th 2008 and I've been doing Internet Marketing for 4+ years.

How does the website makes money?

The website gets close to 100+ uniques a day through advertising and we get close to 1-4 orders a day. We have set prices on the website at $15.99 for lifetime iphone license and updates which is cheapest in the market.

The visitor visits the website and pays through plimus or paypal and automatically gets access to our member area from where he can access the tutorials to unlock or jailbreak his/her iphone. The website has tutorials to unlock iPhone 2, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3Gs, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S.

Also note that there is no unlocking or jail breaking tutorial available online for iPhone 4S which is expected to be available by mid january. So it doesn't affect the traffic since users know that iPhone 4S tutorial isn't yet available and our source has confirmed that he would get it by January mid next 2012.



Revenue:

The site launched in 7th December 2011 and it has sold a total of 75 licenses which has made a total of $1200 in 30 days.

We have paid a total of $200 to advertisement sources (we have advertised the site on 4 websites including blogs from where we receive traffic), for which you would need to pay every month. Also the traffic sources would be told to the buyer only.


Time Required:
