A simple way to add "exact phrase" and "exact term"?

Hello,

Suppose I have 100 keywords.

Does anyone know of a simple way to add in the following:

"keyword" = match exact phrase
[keyword] = match exact term only

to my Adgroup without having to individually key in the brackets and comma?

Any advice is appreciated.

Yes, I also use KeywordFusion.com quite a bit and it works great for my intents and purposes.
