A simple trick to get back into adsense after you have been banned. US Only!

This is a technique which I have used with a few of my friends. Some of them have gone on to make thousands in AdSense revenue after their initial ban.

First of all please read the entire Google AdSense TOS before you put the code on any of your pages.

    • Register a small business in the state that you live. A sole proprietorship is the fastest, easiest and cheapest way. In most states it cost $120. You will need proper ID and the proper notarized forms.
    • Register the business address separate from your home address if you can. If you can’t, use suite 2G instead of apartment 2G or use Ground Floor etc. You can even have it sent to a close friend or relative’s address . If you register for EFT - Google doesn’t have to mail you a check, they deposit the money directly in your bank account. I think they will still need to mail you a letter for address verification. If you live in a private house you can use whatever apartment number or suite you want.
    • Open a bank account in the business name or file a DBA, or Doing Business As with your local bank. This is essential to keeping your personal name and information off the check.
    • Register for an Employer Identification Number from the IRS here. It is Free and takes only a few minutes
    • Register for your new AdSense account.

This system is not foolproof, and if you have any ways to improve the process, by all means post it here

Please don’t mess up your second change. If you get kicked out again….sorry…can’t help you.

If you are banned, you have done something wrong...there should be no second chance unless google ok's it. I advise nobody to try a "trick" to get back in...

timallard, you are right to an extent. There are a few bans out there that come for unknown reasons. If you got banned right now, for w/e Google decides to write as reason, you would not take his advice?

I think first step would be "Try to not get banned".

I can see someone trying this and not learning why he got banned in the first place. A few days later, bam, Welcome Back to Ban City again.

you only have chance to be banned from adsense.

if you are banned one time, you are not allowed to join the network again

The actual only reliable method of getting back in:

    1) Form another identity or use another identity to create a new account (relative, friend, or form your own company)

    2) Use a different IP address to access your new account and never use your previous one

    3) Keep your fingers crossed

Doing so without knowing why you were banned in the first place will still get you ban again. I've been trying to find out from google why I was banned from adsense but they never said any reason accept invalid clicks.

That's a valid point...But I think 99% of the people who got banned know why they did.

If you use the same IP address to login or if you put up the Adsense ads for the new account on the old site, Google will catch you. So even using this method, you will have to start from scratch, and you will have to get a new IP address.

Seems like a lot of effort, especially if you have to change IP address as well. Wouldn't it be better to just approach Google and request reinstatement? They don't seem like a difficult company to work with.

I guess this "trick" is only suitable for people who got the answer so that they won't get banned when they have a new account.

I can see that you are new to adsense and this forum. Talking to Google Adsense team is like talking to a brick wall. except sometimes it gives you generic automated replies.

Hmmm, yes it seems I've been outed. Although all of my previous dealings with Adsense have been with a real live person, I won't mention her name, except to say she's always ready to help me.
