You mean, if you write "Blue widgets, delivered by Our Company"?
It shouldn't make a difference compared to the text without the comma.

Ok, if we write Title like this:-(1) "Computer Training, Computer Training Courses" and (ii)"Computer Training computer training courses". Which one is better?

There is no difference, the problem with your site was that your title was like "Blue Widgets!Red Widgets!Green Widgets" so it looks like the words when separated on your site are "blue" "widgets!red" "widgets!green" and "widgets" when they should all be separated. In that case "Blue Widgets, Red Widgets, Green Widgets" or "Blue Widgets Red Widgets Green Widgets" would be better (either one better than the first example with !)

How about this: "Computer Training Courses".
It targets the "Computer Training" phrases just a good as your examples, and looks better.

There is no problem with using a comma. In your case though, for the home page anyway, I'd go with "Computer and IT Training and Consultation Services by ABCO Technology" instead of what you have right now.

My only question for you is are you referring to IT as Information Technology or Internet Technology? (I'm presuming it's the latter - if it is, I'd use Information Technology instead of IT in your title.)
