Great company site. Looks very professional. I too suffered from loading problems in firefox however.
but now i have to change the website since most of my colleagues reflect that it is too simple and not good in appearance. But i have made a great effort on SEO, and now the keywords ranking well in google. If great changes have to made to the website, which means my all work is in vain. what should i do ?

Really, it looks simple, yet quite precise, with proper menu options. I would only advise to change the font colour of the text on the large sliding pictures. Black would be more readable, than white, from my point of view

Took 14.3 seconds to load... WAY To long... Looks VERY familiar to a theme ive seen once before but i could be mistaking... In fact I do recognize this theme.... Doesnt look to altered from the original.. IDK everything about it doesnt feel right... IMHO
I would say its taking little long to load so you should optimize your images otherwise layout is good and you have arranged content nicely
Very simple webpage, I like. Just a couple things to further improve on it. - It's slightly responsive but does not move around images or content well when the browser is resized. For example the menu separators begin to move to new locations and the text on the content area of the page doesn't maintain line length. - The footer needs a little organization. The LinkedIn image kinda just floats out there. It's a blight on the rest of the page. That's just from a quick look that I had. Well done though!
i have found a lot of problems about the website, some are not friendly to the search engines, some are not good to user experience.I have required to update the website and fix the problems, but it seems that it takes about 6 months to finish it.So if the was website changed, does it mean my previous efforts before are in vain, such as the keyword ranking in google?
