Buying A Simple Coding Job

As you can see my menu bar, its a drop down menu. I want someone to use php to get the manu bar in a separate manu.php file, so that whenever I need to add a new page, all I have to do is update the php file (instead of updating the link on all pages).

This is a simple, 10-15 minutes job for the right individual. Please quote accordingly.

Only experienced coders please, who at least knows well how to get this thing done. No noobs.

Easily done with the include function in PHP, if you'd like I can get this done pretty quickly, just throw me a PM.
