What kind of pagerank would I be looking at if my website has about 6000 pr 0, but all valid, backlinks?

Some people have "banned" under their names. Are you banned when you exceed 1000 posts?

if link ar valid and google friendly, your site must be 4+, never be less than it. if it, find something that is not properly configured, your site or link backs.

Not sure if I am understanding this but I believe it doesn't mannor how many back links. Isn't it a combination of back links and quality one way links, content and keywords that get your site ranked.
