    If you're asking about providers of guaranteed signups or if you're seeking to sell guaranteed signups I have to tell you that I shy away from those type offers. In my experience guaranteed optins are scams.

    this is not what I mean, I mean a service that pays for each completed lead (only without buying something) and that for each lead it should pay over $ 5 with daily or weekly payments
