You ever see a site that ranks so high --- you know the webmaster is a Search Engine Gangster. house.info .... this is a real SEO Gangster Hes coming up to the top of all my coveted Boston real estate keywords....... boston.ma.house.info/ comes up to the top for "Boston Real Estate", among other keywords...... and has hardly any backlinks However, house.info has a TON of backlinks.... and this O.G. is coming to the tops of search engines in every city/state in the country Im checking his backlinks now... and they all appear to be paid links Doesnt Google penalize someone for that? Couldnt someone be sabotaged by buying links for them? This guy also keyword stuffs This guy must be making around $1,000,000+ a year.... from Adsense alone Maybe even more This is a real SEO Gangster............
Also, I just checked... this guy is coming to the top for "Baltimore Apartments".... & every city & town in America you can think of he's coming to the top for real estate keywords This guy is an SEO Capo Regime...... I wonder if any SEO Hit-Men are after him???
Yeap the dude is great SEO professional. His website has revelant content too that may have make his site HPR
His homepage is only a PR3..... Also.. he has a backlink from: nagps2.org/ Check out that site.... its just a blank page w/ a few links.... however it is a PR6 !!!!!! It appears he might own this site as well.... Im doing an analysis on the backlinks to nagps2.org as we speak This is VERY interesting.... a crappy site like that with a PR6.... looks like it was designed to link to house.info to increase its rankings One other STRANGE thing... and this might be an error with my SEO Spylglass program... he has a backlink from: business.com/directory/real_estate_and_construction And its coming up "DO-FOLLOW" I checked... and nofollow tags are all over that directory..... is it possible by backlink checker is mistaken?
The site you are showing have a good Alexa's ranking (50 k more or less), so he is receiving decent traffic and making money for sure. Other than poiting to his own site on that almost blank page... what is the other "fault" that you detect on his side? Yes. Thats why im not sure if google penalize someone for using paid backlinks, because i can do that for all my competitors to get them out of the rank. Maybe someone can explain us a little more about this.
He's still coming up in the SERP's... I searched ma.house.info.... and his over 2,000 MA pages come up Also, I searched Portlant Condos and he comes up on the 2nd page.... and then Boston Condos he comes up on the 2nd page......
I think Google got him with the RICO statute. It looks like he got de-indexed. I only saw 3 pages indexed in Google for that site. You better hope you don't get "whacked" now. You may have to go in witness protection.
I just cleared my cookies and searched "ma.house.info" on Google.. and thousands of his massachusetts pages alone come up..... Still looks like he's indexed..... unless he's singing like a Canary.....
Whew the topic of the site really drives you to take a look, when these keyword on Google a lot of results came up,guess he knows how to get people visit his site.
The Boston Real Estate Market is huge, so there is alot of money to finance a campaign such as this. I'm sure it's more than "one" guy.
He's not just in Boston.... he's on top of search engines in every city/town in the country.... even for keywords such as "Baltimore Apartments" I think I'm going to meet with some of the SEO Families across the country to see what we're going to do about this guy ---- because he is definitely no good for business
There might already be a hit on this guy from one of the families in Brooklyn I just searched "Brooklyn Condos".... he's coming up on the 1st page
well its a pretty good URL.. house.info... and hes done a very nice job or making sub domains... Google loves these domains which have keywords searched for on it..
Thats pretty awesome to be ranked so high for all those keywords, he must be getting tons of traffic from google
If you can rank like that in one city, you will be a millionaire. Imagine what he makes ranking in other cities?
Awesome finding. You made me doing some research about this site. Looks like nagps2.org was an expired domain : http://web.archive.org/web/*/nagps2.org and I'm sure it's not the only one they use to boost their SERP. This also made me wonder if there any big sites gain their popularity using this kinda methods?
