Buying A script created from scratch... read for more details!

    Hello,

    I am searching for a good programmer who can create a script from scratch.
    I want to create a website for tourism... not for booking tickets, hotels etc... but just for getting informed. It will be the users who will enter the informations.

    Ok... first of all I'm sorry for being 'away' these days but I have been a little busy. So I will get in touch with everybody who has contacted me.
    Meanwhile I have prepaired a more detailed idea:

    HOMEPAGE:

    • The Header (logo, login box, search, etc...)
    • Under the header there will be the map of Albania (the site will be dedicated to this country) and in the map every city will be clickable. Example: If a visitor clicks the capital, Tirana, then he will be redirected to the Tirana's page and there he can search or explore the categories.
    • The footer (contact details, about the site, different links, etc... )

    MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM:

    Visitors can register to the site. The registered visitors are:
    • Administrators
    • Moderators
    • Simple users
    NOTE: Maybe I will add some more roles but the important is that there will be some functions about the users access.

    CITY'S PAGE:
    • Informations about the city.
    • Categories
    • Sponsored places/Most viewed places/The more estimated places

    CATEGORIES:

    • Restaurants
    • Cinemas
    • Pubs/Discotheques
    • Hotels
    • Monuments/Museums
      NOTE: Every category will have different details and functions.

    THE PAGE FOR THE PLACE:

    • Informations about the place.
    • Comments.
    • Related places/Suggested places

    BACKEND:

    The backend will be used only by me so i dont request a good design but the code should work and the options shouldnt be messed up.
    About the moderators or other roles i was thinking for a simple "in place" moderation.
    EXAMPLE: They can delete the comment directly in the frontend and also edit it...

    DESIGN:

    This is very important for me. It should look ok in every browser.. Chrome, IE, Mozilla etc...

    I wrote this just to create a better idea of what i want because i dont think that there will be any problem adding some more functions.
