don't close your dispute, leave it open. you might get your money back, might. if you close the dispute, forget it, your money is definitely gone.
He is a "Stupid" I just ignored him when he said he own unlockiphone.com is his website lolz and I was quiet damn sure he was trying to "SCAM ME" anyway, Mod should take action and "BAN HIM" Immidiately before he scam some other innocent people around here and make the DP Ground Nasty Thank you all!
Yes he should banned. Now its upto our admin. Because he will try to scam more people. I have shown all the proof here to save others from his nasty trap.
Sorry to see this Definitely keep the PayPal dispute open for a while, then escalate it to a claim to have PayPal decide where the funds go. This scammer will probably be taken care of my the staff. He's also a NamePros user - I'll let the staff over there know that he's a scammer Good luck with getting your funds back. -Arch3r25
This is a sorry situation. I have been in one like this. and regarding paypal dispute, I'm not satistied with their policies for virtual products and goods. Once I have been scammed for $50 (buying a reseller account in ebay but my account was cancelled and the seller also took down his hosting website) So I opened a dispute and also uploaded many supporting proof. The seller even abused me in the dispute case history so I escalated it. But no help. Paypal said it has decided in favour of the seller so the paypal dispute resolution is not that effective for virtual goods and services. I wish luck for you in getting your money back. As the age old saying goes... Caveat Emptor P.S. I feel shame bcos the bloody scammer is from my country. _
Sorry to hear about this, mods will ban him and do ban plenty of other scammers too, i've seen this guy on another site too, he was asking about hi5 accounts or something and spoke in txt talk and seemed pretty spammy. Thanks for the heads up
a very useful post that, especially if your lacking in the brains dept , as sad though it may seem a lot of people i've seen on here seem to be missing some brains and wonder why they get scammed when they could easily have done 2-3 mins of homework.
Passed My age of HomeWork hehe. Anyway good advice. I was not wondering i was showing the proof of that scam. it will mark the scammer and people with not tread with them. Everybody should bring scammers under spot light.
most definately so, naming and shaming might also make the scammer think twice before trying it on again, as unlikely as it probably is for a lot of them, at the very least it will help others who let's just say....dont do there homework
