A Review and A Question Please.

    Can you please review my sites new design @ www.GamesPond.net
    Also I would like your thoughts on the game size - If you where playing online games would you rather large game size or a smaller size, currently I am setting width and hight at 630px by 600px


    Appreciate your replies.

    I would suggest:
    1) Changing the colour of the text in the footer and also change the copyright to 2009!
    2) change the template to a more appealing template
    3) Add a fav icon
    4) Create a more appealing logo

    I hate you! I went to look at your site and ended up playing some stickman-sniper game for 20 minutes! I have work to do! :D

    Seriously though, looks good, as above there are a few things;

    1) Add a favicon
    2) New more appealing, maybe slightly bigger logo
    3) Better "popular games" logo on right-hand side
    4) I think template is generally OK, although name of the game you are on is a horrible colour and doesn't seem to be aligned correctly (i.e. too low so its not infront of the blue background)
    5) Also, you can probably add a few more adsnese on the right hand side if you wanted too - the small square-ish ones, or maybe a link unit.

    looks pretty good but too many ads when you click through to fishing games etc -rememeber with adsense less is more!

    The size of the games works fine.

    It seems you have two logos, the text for gamespond.net is different "ready for action? gamespond.net" and "play freaking awesome games gamespond.net". I would choose one.

    wow thank you all for the great reviews this has motivated me into some serious design thoughts..

    lol at RPSlacky - sorry but those stickman games are really addictive..

    i will work on a new and bigger logo asap
    and cut down on the ads

    To make the site better I think you should get a more professional logo and template
    the typical video game site has a professional look and feel to it but I don't think your
    site is there as yet.
