A record for user name change or duplicate account?

Is it possible to add a user's ex-username in his profile?

If i didn't come to suggestion & feedback, i wouldn't know someone change his username.

i didn't know exe was jesus christ until yesterday.

and those duplicate account are really confusing, especially for someone like farqooa(again, i can't remeber that loser's exact name). I would like to know what user name he used so i will know if i deal with him when he is using another name

Exactly! It is very confusing to see all these name changes.. I wish there is a way to varify their old name.
