A REAL MySpace Resource WebSite

I've decided to put up for sale my MySpace website - http://www.layoutsandmore.net

Some basic information:
*This website is using a $147 script. However, I've added more content than what comes with the $147 script (more layouts, contact tables, etc.)

*The script is only in use within about 20-25 people. It isn't spread around the internet like wildfire. That is why this will be sold to people with good reps on DP.

*The script is no longer for sale. Once it is for sale again, it will cost in the $300 range.

*Free script updates for life. You have no idea how dedicated the owner of this script is.

*Over $75 has been invested into Text Links and Directory Submissions. Expect a nice PR once Google gets its shit together.

*Good CTR (over 5%)

The website has great potential with the vast number of Myspace users. As of now, I have around 7,000 uniques for the month of July.

I actually had 'Myspace Layouts' as an anchor text for all the links I bought, so expect something good to come from that (Good SERP position)

*The current 'WTFrag' banner can be re-sold as you wish (Easy monthly money)

*The 'Games' link at the top of the page, I have sold for $30/month. At the end of the month, you may resell that link.

*1 wk Alexa ranking = 184k

*FREE GODADDY HOSTING FOR A YEAR (5 GB, 250 GB Transfer) This will be hosted under my account, however you will have full ftp access and I will transfer the domain to your godaddy count. You may then renew after 1 year. Only cost me about $50/year for hosting/domain. If hosting upgrade is needed, we will be able to work something out.

Included FREE = www.myspace.com/layoutsandmoredotnet - Over 4,000 friend Myspace account.

Some restrictions:
The 11 sponsors at the bottom right hand corner of the page must stay for at least a year.

The 'Games' link to thebossisaway.com must stay until July 28th (guy paid me $30 for that link/month. That is easily $360/year. Charge more if you get buttloads of traffic)

I realized that the only way I could start driving traffic to my website is if I had a couple high PR domains, so I could get onto the first page of Google rankings for 'Myspace Layouts'. If you have a good amount of websites, you can network this one into your website, along with the DP Co-op program, to get a high ranking on Google for this. The Google ranking is basically the last piece of the puzzle into making this an extremely successful website.

I am not exactly sure how to sell this, but after looking at my Adsense earnings since I created the website (Currently $75 in Adsense earnings since June 13th)

I figure you're buying all of this for one year, considering I'm giving free webhosting. With the 12 months of $75/month Adsense earnings = $900, plus the $360 'Games' link sale ability/year (Actually, it can be over $360 if you get more traffic.), plus the WTFrag banner spot for sale (Possibly get that off for $50/month?), You can easily make over $1700/year with this website. It doesn't even cost that much to run! Plus, I have all the unique content on it. Also, there is a $147 script (will be $300 once it is being sold again...currently its not for sale) on the website. And free updates for life!

As the owner of MSRS I can vouch that Twan has a license and I will aid in transfering that license.

Twan was a buyer before the script was released and was instrumental in getting a lot of the bugs out. His numbers are legit, except for one: The wtfrag banner stays for 2 more months as that was our agreement. We just spoke over MSN and he acknowledged this.

It's not unique, but Greg will soon be offering themes for your site.
